 DID YOU KNOW?Tree stakes are GREAT for young or newly planted trees. In general, the tree shouldn't need the support for more than 6 months OR one growing season! After this time-frame, you can actually hinder the trees growth and even damage the tree. Please remove those tree stakes! |  HOA WALK AROUNDWe all benefit from a clean, well kept yard! This helps your home value and that of the neighborhood. The HOA will be sending letters soon to neighbors that are not compliant with our covenants. Please do your part in keeping our neighborhood desirable! The Walk Around usually takes place every June! |  ANNUAL YARD SALEThank you for your participation in the annual Yard Sale! Each year, people comment on how much they enjoy visiting the Lone Oak Creek neighborhood. This is due to so many of you keeping up with home maintenance and landscaping, and your welcoming spirit. Keep it up! |
