Lone Oak Creek Homeowners’ Association Minutes

September 10, 2018

1. The meeting was called to order at 7:00 PM.

2. Quorum was certified. Board members present were Lindsi Kerstetter, Debbie Hill, Jennifer

Roberts, and Mary Bohn.

3. Minutes from the prior meeting were approved.

4. Treasurer’s Report (Debbie)

a. Unpaid dues from 2017 and prior – for the one homeowner who has not paid, a lien has

been filed and garnishment of wages is being initiated by the HOA lawyer.

b. Status on 2018 dues – one homeowner has not paid, so it will been turned over to the

lawyer to begin the lien process.

c. Landscaping costs in the financial reports are for 3 months, including work on the

flower beds.

5. Grounds/Facilities Report

a. Street Repairs

i. Debbie confirmed that we can spend up to $7K for street repair, but no more than

that.

ii. Nick will firm up the two quotes and email them to the board. Our goal is to review

and approve one of the bids prior to the next meeting.

b. Street sign for 159th & Creek Heights

i. Nick’s quote for $180 to replace the sign was approved. We will not spend extra to

try to exactly match the current signs.

9. Date and time of the next meeting – Monday, October 8, at 7:00 PM at the Hill home.
