Annual Meeting Minutes
January 24, 2019
Owner sign-in was completed and the meeting was called to order at 7:00.
Introduction of current Board members: Lindsi Kerstetter – President, Debbie Hill – Treasurer, Mary Bohn - Secretary, Jennifer Roberts – Gates, Nick Nixon – Grounds.
Treasurer’s report (included below)
Debbie reviewed the full year cost estimate and actuals for 2018, and the 2019 budget.
Our HOA attorney assisted in collecting past dues from three homeowners. We were unable to collect from one homeowner, and a lien and garnishment of wages is in progress. The homeowner is responsible for the past due amounts and the legal fees.
We will continue to reserve funds for street repairs, either for use in 2019 or future years.
Due to prior year sprinkler repairs, the water bills have remained under budget.
2018 highlights
The brick wall at the entrance was repaired.
All major and minor cracks in the streets were repaired.
Several signs were replaced.
Owner/Board discussion
We discussed whether it would be possible to have Christmas decorations at the entrance in the future, but we do not have electricity at the entrance and it is costly to install electricity for this purpose.
A food truck social or ice cream social was discussed to help get the neighborhood together. The Board agreed to assist with this, if possible. We will assess the funds when the need arises and determine what we may be able to spend. Someone outside the Board would need to volunteer to coordinate it.
Board member nominations and election
The current board was elected to serve another year. The Board requested volunteers to join the Board but did not get anyone to join at this time.
The Board will next meet on Monday, February 4th, at 7:00 PM at Debbie Hill’s home.

Notice
The annual meeting of the Lone Oak Creek Homeowner's Association is scheduled as shown below.
Date: Thursday, January 24, 2019 Time: 7:00-8:30 PM
Location: Room A1015 in the Administration Building of the Francis Tuttle Technology
Center, Rockwell Campus. (Directions: Enter via the South Drive on Rockwell Street.
The Administration Building is the first building on your left. Once inside the building turn left and the meeting room is located on your right.)
The purpose of this meeting is to provide the annual update regarding our neighborhood and to elect the 2019 Board of Directors. Your participation in the process is very important.
If you are unable to attend the meeting, you may execute the enclosed Proxy Form. Prior to the annual meeting, you may do one of the following:
Scan or take a photo of your signed Proxy Form and email it to loneoakcreek@gmail.com
Deliver the signed Proxy Form to an HOA officer at either of two addresses: 15713 Creek Heights Drive or 15716 Wild Creek Drive
In addition, enclosed is your invoice for the 2019 Annual Assessment. Please note that annual dues did not increase this year. ANNUAL DUES MUST BE PAID BY MARCH 1, 2019.
