Lone Oak Creek Homeowners’ Association Minutes

June 10, 2019

1. The meeting was called to order at 7:06 PM.

2. Quorum was certified. Board members present were Lindsi Kerstetter, Debbie Hill, Jennifer Roberts, and Mary Bohn.

3. Minutes were not available from the prior meeting, but will be approved at the next meeting.

4. Treasurer’s Report (Debbie)

5. Costs included landscaping for April and May, six months of insurance, and renewal of the gate contract.

6. Letters to new homeowners regarding gate codes and clickers, etc., were sent to 4620 NW 156th, 4645 NW 159th, and 4624 NW 157th Terrace.

7. Grounds/Facilities Report

8. The top of the light pole at the north end of Wild Creek Drive has come off. Nick opened work order 900918477 with OG&E. Lindsi got the top from Nick and was told by OG&E that the work had been completed, then told that the work order was canceled. Lindsi opened a new work order, 900924372, on May 30th.

9. The sprinklers had not been turned on as of our meeting due to the amount of rain we’ve received. They are now turned on.

10. There is a dead evergreen at the entrance which we will replace with a redbud tree. We need to get a few quotes and talk to Fernando. Debbie will talk to TLC Nursery.

11. Debbie will work with TLC for recommendations on perennials.

12. The house sold on NW 156th has several fence panels down in back along the canal. Lindsi will contact the homeowner once they have responded to the new homeowner letter from Debbie.

13. Ad Hoc Committee Reports – none

14. Old Business

15. Part of the Longoria’s back fence, which is shared with the playground, has been replaced by the homeowner. The Board approved about $400 for our half.

16. New Business

17. Debbie obtained a cost estimate of about $500 to replace the fence panel, posts, and utility items attached to the panel, at the Wild Creek cul-de-sac. Replacement is needed due to termites.

18. Date and time of the next meeting – Monday, August 5th, at 7:00 PM at the Hill home.
