Lone Oak Creek Homeowners’ Association Minutes
December 16, 2019
The meeting was called to order at 7:02 PM.
Quorum was certified. Board members present were Lindsi Kerstetter, Debbie Hill, Jennifer Roberts, and Mary Bohn.
Minutes from the prior meeting were approved.
Treasurer’s Report
Expenses this past month included insurance, Fernando’s landscaping, and winterizing the sprinklers. Financials look good for the full year.
Grounds/Facilities Report - none
Ad Hoc Committee Reports – none
Old Business
Debbie is requesting bids to replace the fence panel, posts, and utility items attached to the panel, at the Wild Creek cul-de-sac. Replacement is needed due to termites, and we may need an exterminator if the termites are still active. (on hold)
Confirm receipt of a credit from PSI for the returned box of clickers (Debbie – credit received)
New Business
Street sign has fallen down on NW159th/Creek Heights (complete – the sign has been put back up)
Send non-compliance letter for continued overnight street parking to the new owners at 4636 NW 158th Street (Mary – on hold, car is no longer parked in the street)
Our PSI representative for gate maintenance and clickers has not been responsive to our issues. We will invite to our February meeting a person who manages the gates and clickers for five of the eight Lone Oak communities and who has excellent reviews from those communities.
We will investigate installing cameras at the gates. Other Lone Oak communities have done this at a reasonable cost.
Plan for the January annual meeting and dues notification.
The dues will remain the same for 2020.
The annual meeting will be held on Thursday, January 23rd, at 7:00 PM. Lindsi has scheduled room A1015 at the Francis Tuttle Campus on Rockwell.
Debbie will print the invoices.
Mary will print the meeting notification and proxy statement.
Date and time of the next meeting – Monday, January 6th, to stuff envelopes and address any open actions.
