Lone Oak Creek Homeowners’ Association Minutes
August 9, 2021
1. The meeting was called to order at 7:21 PM.
2. Quorum was certified. Board members present were Katina Smith, Debbie Hill, and Stacy Moorhead.
3. Minutes from the prior meetings were approved.
4. Treasurer’s Report
a. There were no unexpected expenses.
5. Grounds/Facilities

7. Old Business
a. The grass at the gate code box will be looked at to determine the best option. (Debbie – the grass is looking better so we will continue to watch it)
b. Non-compliance letters were sent to the following:
i. Owner of 4701 NW 159th Street due to the number of dogs kept by the renters
ii. Homeowner of 4629 NW 158th Street due to grass cutting and weeds
iii. Homeowner of 4701 NW 157th Street due to weeds in flower beds
iv. Homeowner of 4628 NW 159th Street due to wires and zip ties hanging on the side of the house.
c. A house closing was held on July 15th for 4625 NW 157th Terrace.
8. New Business
a. Katina will note any houses who have not complied with the letters from the walkaround and give that information to Mary. Letters were subsequently sent to 4625 NW 158th St and 4700 NW 159th St for lawn and flowerbed maintenance. Letters were also sent to the renter and owner of 4629 NW 158th St due to the number of dogs (3) and yard and flowerbed maintenance.
b. Lone Oak Drive lighting and potential cost to each neighborhood - no one was interested, so we will discuss this in October.
c. The sprinklers were not working at the park due to a blown breaker. Debbie will contact JMac.
9. Date and time of the next meeting – September 13th, at 7:00 PM, via Zoom since Katina will be out of town.
