Lone Oak Creek Homeowners’ Association Minutes
December 12, 2022
1. The Board convened via group chat to address open action items.
2. Quorum was certified. Board members participating in the chat were Debbie Hill, Stacy Moorhead, Adam Shahan, and Mary Bohn.
3. Minutes from the prior meeting will be approved in the next in-person meeting.
4. Treasurer’s Report
a. Debbie emailed the financial reports for the month. Expenses included landscaping charges for numerous months, and ongoing brick wall repair.

7. Old Business
a. Repairs to the brick wall along Lone Oak Drive.
i. Work began on 10/29/22 and will continue as long as the weather permits.
b. Debbie will ask J-Mac Sprinklers to check the sprinklers at the commons area on Creek Heights and to winterize our sprinklers. (complete)
c. A street light on NW 164th remains out. Stacy will follow up with the city.
d. The Board approved an increase in dues for 2023 from $475/yr. to $550/yr. due to increased maintenance costs in general (electricity, water, etc.) and also due to the cost of repairing the brick wall. We will need to start rebuilding the street fund since most of our saved money is being applied to the brick wall.
8. New Business
9. Date and time of the next meeting – the next meeting will be held in late December or early January to stuff envelopes for the dues and annual meeting notification. It will be scheduled via group chat.
