Lone Oak Creek Homeowners’ Association Minutes

February 3, 2020

1. The meeting was called to order at 7:02 PM.

2. Quorum was certified. Board members present were Lindsi Kerstetter, Debbie Hill, Jennifer Roberts, Stacy Morhead, and Mary Bohn.

3. Minutes from the prior meeting were approved.

4. Treasurer’s Report

a. About 20 homeowners have paid their dues as of the annual meeting.

b. We are expecting the final bill from Fernando’s for landscaping this fall. Debbie will request their final bill and a bid for this year.

5. Grounds/Facilities Report - none

6. Ad Hoc Committee Reports – none

7. Old Business

a. Debbie is requesting bids to replace the fence panel, posts, and utility items attached to the panel, at the Wild Creek cul-de-sac. Replacement is needed due to termites, and we may need an exterminator if the termites are still active. (on hold)

8. New Business

a. The billing for the WIX website needs to be updated. The bill has already been paid for this year. Lindsi researched how to update the billing, and Debbie will complete the process.

b. A woman named Karen, who coordinates gate services for a number of the other Lone Oak neighborhoods, will join the meeting to let us know what she could for us.

c. A draft list of landscaping requirement was reviewed. Lindsi will provide contact names, and Stacy will obtain bids for landscaping, for review at the March meeting.

d. The new homeowners at 4708 NW 157th Terrace have not responded to the welcome letter to select a new gate code. Jennifer will deactivate the clickers.

9. Date and time of the next meeting – March 9, 7:00 PM, at the Hill home.
