5. Grounds/Facilities
a. Playground mulch, which has been applied, is sufficient.
b. Debbie has asked LPs to dead-head the flowers at the entry and cut back dead shrubs.
6. Ad Hoc Committee Reports
7. Old Business
a. The house at 15713 Creek Heights Dr. has been sold to the Gallagher family. Closing was delayed to 3/31 due to schedules for inspections and appraisals. After closing, Stacy will change the gate code to that selected by the new owners. If they have not responded within 10 days of closing, Stacy will deactivate their clickers (complete)
b. The grass at the gate code box will be looked at to determine the best option. (Debbie – Fall)
c. Non-compliance letters will be sent to the following due to cars parked in the street (Mary - complete)
i. 4641 NW 158th St. (rental, was Cash Coy Holding, now Momma Bea Realty owned by Cassity Gies)
ii. 4629 NW 158th St. (rental, Eric Denneny)
iii. 15909 Creek Heights Dr. (Damayanthy)
d. Non-compliance letters will be sent to the following due to grass height and weeds in the flower beds (Mary - complete)

ii. 15808 Creek Heights Dr. (owners McNeill)
iii. 15720 Wild Creek Dr. (Skirlock)
e. A non-compliance letter will be sent to the following due to trashbags blocking the sidewalk (Mary – letter not sent, bags were removed)
i. 4708 NW 157th Terrace (Bai)
f. A non-compliance letter will be sent to the following due to a trailer parked beside the house and visible from the street (Mary – complete)
i. 4713 NW 159th (Lee)
8. New Business
a. Judi Startzman informed us that Susan Nixon’s car was stolen, not in our neighborhood but at another location. The car was recovered but all the contents had been removed, including the gate clicker. We need to deactivate the stolen clicker. Katina will ask Judi to send a picture of Susan’s remaining clickers, so Stacy can figure out which one to deactivate.
b. At 4701 NW 159th St, the renter’s dog dug under the fence in the back yard and injured a dog in the neighboring yard as that dog walked by the fence. The renters paid the veterinary bill for the injured dog and the neighbor did not want the Board to send a non-compliance letter. The digging has been an ongoing issue at this house.
c. Oklahoma City held a meeting for our community to discuss the Lone Oak Park. Several in our neighborhood have posted their notes from the meeting on our community Facebook page. At this time, it appears that the city has no definite plans for the park, but our neighborhoods made it clear that we do not want anything, including walking paths, on the west side of the creek. The City plans to schedule additional meeting in the future.
d. A homeowner emailed asking about pot holes on Lone Oak Drive. It is the responsibility of Oklahoma City to maintain that drive, and we will suggest that the homeowner call the OKC pot hole hotline at 405-631-1111.
9. Date and time of the next meeting – June 14th at 7:00 PM at Katina’s house. We will do the neighborhood walkaround prior to the meeting.
