Lone Oak Creek Homeowners’ Association Minutes
November 15, 2021
1. The meeting was called to order at 7:09 PM.
2. Quorum was certified. Board members present were Debbie Hill, Stacy Moorhead, and Mary Bohn via a Zoom meeting.
3. Minutes from the prior meetings were approved.
4. Treasurer’s Report
a. Costs included gate repairs, primarily welding, and two months of landscaping from LP’s

7. Old Business
a. The Halloween decorations at the front gate were stolen last month.
8. New Business
a. Debbie will review the budget to consider raising the annual dues. Dues have not been raised in three years, and we need to continue to accrue money for street, gate, and brick wall repairs.
b. Our HOA’s share of the Lone Oak garage sale signs is $32.45 (split equally among the seven HOAs that border Lone Oak Dr). Payment can be made to the Lone Oak Pointe HOA at 12101 North MacArthur, #158, OKC, OK 73162. (Debbie)
c. A non-compliance letter was sent to 4708 NW 157th Terrace for parking in the street overnight. (Mary – done)
d. The renters at 4708 NW 158th continue to park cars in the street, and have parked a trailer in the street or driveway for extended periods of time. Katina will call the owner, Coy Reed.
i. Result: Katina reached the leasing agent for the house, who was quite helpful. The renters are moving out on Friday, 11/19/21. The agent told us to contact her for any problems in the future.
e. A homeowner has complained about residents riding their dirt bikes on the greenbelt along their fence and scaring their dogs. Although we have no jurisdiction for the greenbelt, Katina has identified the homeowner who owns the bikes, and Mary will send a letter asking that they not ride along the fences. (Done)
f. Trees can now be safely planted. Stacy will identify homeowners needing trees (done), and Mary will send non-compliance letters (done).
9. Date and time of the next meeting – December 6 at 7:00 PM via Zoom.
