Lone Oak Creek Homeowners’ Association Minutes

October 11, 2021


1. The meeting was called to order at 7:20 PM.

2. Quorum was certified. Board members present were Katina Smith, Debbie Hill, Stacy Moorhead, and Mary Bohn.

3. Minutes from the prior meetings were approved.

4. Treasurer’s Report

a. This month’s costs include gate repairs and landscaping costs for several months. Next month’s cost will include the welder to repair the front gate.

5. Grounds/Facilities

7. Old Business

a. The grass at the gate code box will be looked at to determine the best option. (Debbie – the grass is looking good, no action required)

b. We have asked LPs to plant clusters of pansies, especially in the middle island at the entry (complete)

c. Non-compliance letters were sent to the following:

i. Resident and owner of 4701 NW 158th St. due to the number of pets and letting the cats roam the neighborhood at night.

ii. Owner of 4620 NW 159th St. due to cars parked on the street overnight.

8. New Business

a. A non-compliance letter will be sent to 4708 NW 157th Terrace for cars parked overnight in the street.

b. The Board will start to review the budget to consider raising the annual dues. Dues have not been raised in three years, and we need to continue to accrue money for street and gate repairs.

9. Date and time of the next meeting – Monday, November 8th, at 7:00 PM at Katina’s house.
