Lone Oak Creek Homeowners’ Association Minutes
October 24, 2022
1. The meeting was called to order at 7:00 PM.
2. Quorum was certified. Board members present were Debbie Hill, Stacy Moorhead, and Mary Bohn.
3. Minutes from the prior meetings were approved.

7. Old Business
a. Extensive repairs are needed to our brick wall along Lone Oak Drive.
i. A very high quote was received from the Brick Doctor.
ii. Justin Kromberg, president of the Lone Oak Run HOA, joined the meeting to discuss the quote provided by him and the masons who repaired the Run’s brick wall. The Board approved this proposal for work to begin on 10/29/22.
iii. An email will be sent to all homeowners regarding work on the brick wall, and will make those backing up to the wall aware that the workers will need access to the back side of the wall to complete repairs. (Mary – email sent 10/27/22)
b. Some large cracks have developed in our streets (on hold due to the priority of repairs to the brick wall)
c. Debbie will ask J-Mac Sprinklers to check the sprinklers at the commons area on Creek Heights and to schedule winterizing our sprinklers.
d. Two street lights outages have been reported to OKC (Stacy)
e. A number of shrubs are dead at the community entrance on NW 150th. Beverly Botchlet, who is the leader of the Lone Oak Network of HOAs, is investigating who owns maintenance of the entrance.
8. New Business
a. The Board will remind homeowners that this is a good time to plant trees if they are non-compliance with the covenants (Debbie – complete)
b. A non-compliance letter will be sent to the owners of 15808 Creek Heights due to numerous dead shrubs in the front yard. (in progress)
9. Date and time of the next meeting – Monday, November 14, at 7:00 PM at Mary’s house.
